Ensures distribution of truck mail accurately and timely Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00ppm

This position deals with food requiring you to maintain a clean appearance and work with the public.  The individual will be cooking, serving, prepping, cleaning, and stocking.  Restaurant cooking experience preferred.  Must be a multi-tasker and able to work without supervision.   Hours: 3am-12pm must be able to work any day of the week and weekends.

ENTRY LEVEL POSITION   - Supervise the scheduling and dispatch of company & DCS (Dedicated Carrier Services) drivers to ensure timely deliveries to MTH (Merchants Transport of Hickory) customers while complying with company and DOT regulations. Ensure all signed BOL’s for p/u and deliveries are turned in to MTH dispatch upon drivers’ arrival to MDI and all loads that come back to MDI yard are tracked and monitored to leave on time for delivery. The Real Estate Manager’s primary purpose is to support the growth of Alex Lee through the development and execution of long-range real estate growth plans for new retail grocery stores and strategic asset management of an existing real estate portfolio within assigned geographies. Alex Lee, Inc., is one of the largest grocery retail and wholesale distribution companies in the southeastern United States. It is the parent company of wholesale distributors Merchants Distributors (MDI), Souto Foods, W. Lee Flowers, and Import Mex, as well as grocery banners Lowes Foods and Kj’s Market.

CDL Drivers (Class A and B) are Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.   We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn.
