Major Functions: Provides administrative and operational support to Import Mex buyers supporting Center Store, Dairy, and Frozen Foods (FF) categories. This role is responsible for data entry, reporting, deal processing, and coordination activities that support procurement, sales, and vendor operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple buyers in a fast-paced environment.   

• Collaborating with a specific group of clients and navigating them timely from initial order through receipt of product and payment processing

***ENTRY LEVEL POSITION*** - Planning and coordinating the backhaul process for MDI. - Reviewing backhaul information and communicates directly with Drivers, Dispatch, MDI Warehouse, buyers, and shippers when issues arise and makes changes when necessary. - Logging and sending all billing information to Accounting to ensure maximum profits are achieved. Hours:  Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or until finished. 

Major Functions: Responsible for implementation of all policies, practices & procedures pertaining to assembly, packing, shipping, and receiving. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of warehouse duties. Responsible for the accuracy and control of the warehouse inventory, ensuring that it is stored safely without damage and in compliance with all applicable regulations and codes. Determines priorities for department operations in conjunction with production schedule. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

This is a field position. The main area of responsibility is Georgia, primarily the greater Augusta region. Travel to the Charleston, SC market is also required.    To efficiently handle store sets, store set preparation, new store set up, remodels, store visits per weekly plan, blitzes for new products and section changes, and store moves.

Provide business expertise to store owners, distributors, importers to help them grow sales and profits.   Heavy Travel Required Bi-Lingual Spanish/English a plus.

To assist in the keying and maintenance of all pricing files and support the Retail Services Team.   Hourly In Office   Schedule:  Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
