Major Functions: Assist MDI retailers in planning new construction and store remodels to accommodate Category Manager plans, including all aspects of construction, bidding, equipment purchasing, equipment installation, fixture plans, and drawings.This role is critical in driving the expansion of our reach - and will help influence our Independent Disruptors at MDI, WLF, Souto Foods, and Import Mex.  

Responsible for Alex Lee’s corporate financial reporting and corporate payroll functions. This position partners with the Corporate Controller to ensure timely and accurate financial statements and to maintain processes that are effective, efficient and contain appropriate internal controls. In addition, this position is responsible for income tax accounting and compliance, and along with the Corporate Controller, financial software manager functions. This position is also responsible for all aspects of the corporate payroll function.

Reports to the Fleet Maintenance Manager and supervises the activities of fleet maintenance personnel in the garage. Office time 50% and in the garage 50% on daily activities with employees.
