To supervise all activities and employees of the cafeteria and ensure all MDI customer service standards, sales plans, and departmental operations are maintained in and for the cafeteria. To engage in preparation, serving, clean-up,ordering, supervising and other necessary tasks for the operation of the MDI Cafeteria.   Must be able to work anytime, nights, weekends a must.  

This position deals with food requiring you to maintain a clean appearance and work with the public.  The individual will be cooking, serving, prepping, cleaning, and stocking.  Restaurant cooking experience preferred.  Must be a multi-tasker and able to work without supervision.   Must be able to work any time and days.
