Processing B2B customer orders, invoices, deductions, credits and billbacks using BBTS and CAPS applications for both Domestic and Export.

Monday - Friday 8-5pm
|1||Answer telephone calls and log all calls in HEAT CRM.|
|2||Make appointments where needed, help maintain schedules.|
|3||Provide communication connection between customer and order|
|4||Compile reports, email correspondence and communicate to vendors/customers as needed.|
|5||Accountable for Telemarketing sales to customers including contacting customers to solicit orders.|
|6||Answer customer calls and inquiries in a timely manner|
|7||Coordinate product delivery and billing and payment of product sold.|
|8||Maintain all customer files as required.|
|9||Uses BBTS and CAPS for vendor deal impute and vendor charges|
|10||Sets up all PASS invoices and customer credits for B2B Department|
|11||Provide support in problem resolution of order questions, billing and invoicing of product.|
|12||Release credits to B2B customers in a timely manner.|
|13||Support Sales / Marketing Department by communicating programs and services for both customers and potential customers.|
|14||Give assistance to vendors for any invoice discrepancies.|
|15||Develops and maintains customs documentation to facilitate foreign country clearance of goods including but not limited to Bill of Lading, Certificate|
|of origin, Certificate fo Free Sale, Shipper's Export Declaration, Commercial Invoices, Dock Receipts, etc.|
|16||Alerts appropriate departments on issues or concerns on behalf of customers and follows up with customer with findings and /or solution.|
|17||Key credit request and arrange pick up or credit for product or services.|
|18||Provide clerical support within department.|
|19||All other duties assigned by management.|
|20||Works closely with Marketing department to ensure available inventory.|
The candidate must have at least one year of service in Customer Service
The candidate must be rated at least Fully Effective on their performance review.
The candidate must be dependable with an excellent attendance record.
The candidate must have above average communication skills.
The candidate should be proficient knowledge with mainframe applications.
The candidate should have above average knowledge of order entry and keying retails.
The candidate should have above average knowledge with Symbol unit technology.
The candidate should have proficient knowledge of our EPOS order collection software and processes.
The candidate should have above average knowledge to explain MDI Statements, Invoices and Recaps.
The candidate should have proficient knowledge of OnDemand and Visual Info.
The candidate should have proficient knowledge with Cisco Agent Call Center System.
The candidate should have above average skills in problem resolution.
The candidate should have above average skills to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate should have two years associate degree(preferred).
The candidate should have proficient knowledge of the HEAT CRM software.
The candidate demonstrates a sense of urgency in creating customer satisfaction.
The candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work without a lot of supervision.
The candidate must be able to work flexible hours.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to use both BBTS and CAPS applications
