    Part-time Office Clerical

    Schedule - Monday - Friday 8-5 pm (limited to 28 hrs weekly)

    Wages start at $11.91

    Responsibilities

    1.Answer telephone calls and log all calls in HEAT CRM.
    2.Provide communication connection between customer and order.
    3.Compile reports, email correspondence and communicate to vendors/customers as needed.
    4.Accountable for Telemarketing sales to customers including contacting customers to solicit orders.
    5.Answer customer calls and inquiries in a timely manner and maintain customer files.
    6.Coordinate product delivery and billing and payment of product sold.
    7.Uses BBTS and CAPS for vendor deal impute and vendor charges.
    8.Pay all PASS invoices and customer credits for B2B department and release credits in a timely manner.
    9.Support Sales/Marketing Department by communicating programs/services for customers
    10.Give assistance to vendors for any invoice discrepancies.
    11.Develop and maintain customs documentation to facilitate foreign country clearance of goods.
    12.Alerts appropriate departments on issues or concerns on befalf of customers and follows up.
    13.Key credit request and arrange pick up or credit for product or services.
    14.Provide clerical support within department and all other duties assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    Must have one year customer service experience and rated Fully Effective on performance review.
    Proficient knowlege with Cisco Agent Call Center System, Symbol unit technology, OnDemand, and VI
    Above average knowledge to explain MDI Statements, Invoices and Recaps.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, 10 key, HEAT CRM and EPOS Order Collection, mainframe applications.
    Ability to use both BBTS and CAPS applications.
    Familiar with Marketing mainframe screens for use in monitoring inventory and customer cost.
    Have above average skills in problem resolution, meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
    Sense of urgency, customer satisfaction, keep matters confidential, and self motivated.
    A two year associate degree (preferred)
    Must be dependable, excellent attendance record, work flexible hours, and work independently.
