    MAJOR FUNCTION:

    Works with all levels of management and departments, as an integral part of the Human Resources team, to develop and execute a talent acquisition/recruiting strategy and framework that enables our company to achieve our strategic business objectives. Will lead all recruiting for the enterprise hourly and salaried positions.

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct organization-wide talent needs assessment and identify skill or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
    • Serves as lead recruiter and talent acquisition subject matter expert
    • Develops effective organizational recruitment strategies and processes
    • Responsible for full life cycle recruitment including: effective sourcing, assessment and interviewing, offer and working in conjunction with the training leader relative to the on-boarding program
    • Partners with hiring managers to effectively source and assess candidates
    • Manages company’s applicant tracking and on-boarding systems/processes
    • Develops and manages company’s emerging college recruitment efforts and summer internship program
    • Provides oversight for internal posting and application process
    • Develops appropriate talent acquisition scorecard metrics
    • Assists with workforce planning efforts and succession planning
    • Responsible for affirmative action reporting and interactions with legal counsel

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3-5 years of recruiting lifecycle experience; inclusive of staffing for hourly and salaried positions
    • Manufacturing, distribution or similar work environment preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent experience
    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of recruitment strategies, processes and best practices
    • Proven success with high volume recruitment
