The Business Intelligence Analyst will contribute to the company's success through providing data, analytics and tools to support the business as needed. They will work with their business partners to enable short-term and long-term decision making by partnering heavily with the centralized Alex Lee IT department in order to facilitate the delivery of timely data, reporting and dashboards.  Financial data is at the core, but the team will be responsible for delivering tools that provide a balanced view of the business including operational metrics and activity drivers  To be successful in this role, this individual must have a desire and education required to iterate with business partners as they work towards a final solution.  They will attentively listen to their partner's business needs and either directly deliver or work with their Manager to successfully meet expectations. This person should also have good presentation skills, experience working with large amounts of data (transactional, point of sale and/or customer data preferrable) and ability to build reports (standardized, interactive self-service and/ or adhoc)

Responsible for the day-to-day activities related to delivering digital marketing programs that will help independent retailers drive traffic, revenue growth, customer retention, and basket growth. Partner with internal teams to drive the desired promotions and marketing messages to the right target audience in all marketing channels. Work with third-party partners to drive product roadmap, communicate plans and improve retailer customer experience. Ensures distribution of truck mail accurately and timely Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Major Functions: Position MDI's produce/floral department to be the leader in our marketing area. Create a produce team that is best in class in procurement and sale of produce and floral related products. Major Functions: Assist MDI retailers in planning new construction and store remodels to accommodate Category Manager plans, including all aspects of construction, bidding, equipment purchasing, equipment installation, fixture plans, and drawings.This role is critical in driving the expansion of our reach - and will help influence our Independent Disruptors at MDI, WLF, Souto Foods, and Import Mex.

Responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics load process for MDI.
