Major Functions:

Responsible for breaking down full cases of product into smaller quantities to meet customer order requirements.

This role operates repackaging equipment to wrap smaller units, ensures accurate labeling, and prepares product for shipment while meeting established productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

 

 

Schedule

 

Responsibilities

  1. Break down full or bulk cases into smaller, customer-ready quantities in accordance with order requirements.
  2. Operate repackaging and wrapping equipment to properly secure smaller quantities of product.
  3. Place repacked items into totes or boxes, applying labels or stickers as required.
  4. Maintain a minimum accuracy rate of 99.5% and a production rate of 95% or greater.
  5. Stack totes and cases onto pallets in a safe and organized manner to prevent product damage.
  6. Identify, minimize, and document damaged product according to company procedures.
  7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, removing debris and following housekeeping standards.
  8. Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.
  9. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to operate repackaging or wrapping equipment (training provided as applicable).
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to reach, lift, and stack totes or cases weighing 1–65 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift in a warehouse environment
