Overview

Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement and Sales departments through the maintenance of product data, item setup support, product image management, and system updates. This role contributes to the efficiency of procurement and sales operations by ensuring product information, pricing updates, and promotions are accurately maintained within company systems used by internal teams 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain product item records within the company’s ERP and related systems, ensuring accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and case pack information. 
  • Support creation, setup, activation, and inactivation of product items within the ERP system, including items used for cross-dock operations, based on approved requests from Buyers or the Category Manager. 
  • Process and maintain product setup documentation and product information associated with item creation and updates. 
  • Maintain product image assets by capturing, editing, formatting and uploading product images into company systems. 
  • Ensure product images meet system requirements and are properly linked to the corresponding item records. 
  • Maintain product pricing information within company systems by updating prices and implementing promotional pricing based on approved changes from Category Manager, Pricing or Sales Leadership. 
  • Verify that pricing updates and promotions are accurately reflected across company systems prior to activation. 
  • Provide operational support for Sales platform by assisting with customer assignments, route mapping updates, promotion activation, and system maintenance as directed. 
  • Assist with activation and inactivation of items within Sales platform. 
  • Support Sales Representatives by assisting with product information requests and product documentation when needed. 
  • Maintain organized documentation related to product information, vendor records and pricing updates. 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge is generally associated with an associate’s degree in business administration or a related field. 
  • Experience working with ERP systems or similar business management software preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data across multiple systems. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Procurement, Accounting and Warehouse operations. 
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
