Overview

Assist in corporate and transactional matters and provide administrative support to SVP & General Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Alex Lee. 

 

* In office - Hickory, NC *

Responsibilities

Accountabilities:
• Draft, collect, and mail correspondence and other general documents.
• Copy and/or scan documents and information.
• Organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems.
• Provide real estate and corporate governance support including corporate meetings, filings, and books and records maintenance.
• Coordinate e-signatures or wet signatures for contracts and other documents.
• Facilitate internal and external communications regarding contract negotiations, contract review submissions, and standard contract templates.
• Contract administration support including management of contract renewal and expiration notifications.
• Perform data entry and data review functions for contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
• Contract review support regarding formatting, spelling errors, typos, etc.

Qualifications

Desirable Qualifications:
• A minimum experience of three years in an administrative role or paralegal role.
• Excellent reading comprehension, business communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Investigative mind, strong critical thinking skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong, working knowledge of MS Office 365, legal databases, e-signature software, records management, and contract management systems (CMS/CLM).
• Understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
• Well-versed in documentation, reporting, and drafting documents.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
