· Dependable with an excellent attendance record. · Above average communication skills. · Must be bilingual. · Above average knowledge with symbol unit technology. · Proficient knowledge of EPOS order collection software and processes. · Above average knowledge to explain MDI statements, invoices, and recaps. · Proficient knowledge of OnDemand and Visual Info. · Proficient knowledge of Cisco Agent call center system. · Above average skills in problem resolution. · Above average skills to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment. · Proficient in Microsoft Office and ten key. · Proficient knowledge of HEAT CRM software. · Demonstrate a sense of urgency in creating customer satisfaction. · Self-motivated and be able to work without a lot of supervision. · Must be able to work flexible hours. |
