Position Overview:

The Order Processing Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales orders, maintaining accuracy, and providing exceptional service to customers. This position is responsible for the daily processing of all sales orders, managing picking documentation, and handling various tasks related to order fulfillment and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Mus be Bilingual in spanish and english 
  • Daily processing of all sales orders and ensuring picking documentation is ready.
  • Change prices according to promotion or vendor code.
  • Review orders for errors when they return from dispatch.
  • Analyze and apply credits. i
  • Assure odd orders are only processed if the primary orders have not been dispatched.
  • Take orders over the phone in case O/A is not available.
  • Verify that there are no un-exported orders.
  • Keep the workspace and printing area organized.
  • Scan invoices and sales orders daily.
  • Shipping (Daily process of sales orders shipped)
  • Bill-to-Ship Processing
  • Processing inquiries of Credit on Sales Orders in the system.
  • Service customers coming in with sales order pickups.
  • Report of all the returns of the day for Warehouse Manager.
  • Keep the office supplies organized and stocked.

Qualifications

Job requirements: 

  • Varied Hours
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish).

 

Education:

  • High School diploma

 

Skills:

  • Basic computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 

Schedule: Monday- Friday ONLY

  • 3 days 9am-6pm, 2 days 12pm-9pm
