Work with all levels of management and departments to develop and execute a talent acquisition/recruiting strategy and framework that enables our company to achieve our strategic business objectives. Conduct all recruiting for the organizations hourly and salaried positions.

Must be Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

• Source and maintain adequate staffing levels to support and align with business expectations.
• Serve as a recruiter and talent acquisition subject matter expert.
• Execute organizational recruitment strategies and processes.
• Responsible for full life cycle recruitment including effective sourcing, assessment and interviewing, offer, and working in conjunction with the training leader relative to the on-boarding program.
• Partner with hiring managers to effectively source and assess candidates.
• Manage applicant tracking and on-boarding systems/processes.
• Provide oversight for internal posting and application process.
• Prepares recruitment materials and posts to the ideal source for recruiting.
• Some travel may be required.

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• 1-3 years of recruiting lifecycle experience; inclusive of staffing for hourly and salaried positions.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or similar work environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of recruitment strategies, processes and best practices.
• Proven success with high volume recruitment.
