Summer Internship Sales Operations

 

Identify customer growth opportunities by understanding customer segmentation and purchase behavior based on the current data.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with departmental teams to share insights, foster effective communication, and align on business objectives.
  • Conduct research on customer trends and market behaviors.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to share findings and insights.
  • Optimize strategies to improve customer engagement and drive sales performance.
  • Perform quality checks on data and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Other tasks as needed.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with the ability to interpret and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to facilitate effective collaboration across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to shared goals and objectives.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the implementation of innovative solutions in sales and communication processes.

 

Skills Interns are expected to learn:
